How to Use the Online Learning Agreement (OLA)
The Online Learning Agreement (OLA) is the official digital document used by Erasmus+ students to define, approve, and manage their study plan abroad. It replaces paper forms and makes the entire process faster and easier.

1. Before You Begin
Make sure you have:
- A valid Erasmus+ account (EU Login).
- Your home university email.
- Information from your Erasmus coordinator (host university, faculty, semester dates).
- A list of courses you plan to take abroad.

2. Accessing the OLA Platform
- Go to the OLA portal: https://learning-agreement.eu/
- Log in with your University account using Academic ID.
- Go to My learning agreements section (https://learning-agreement.eu/dashboard) and select the button Create new.
- Select your mobility type.

3. Filling in the Student Information
You will need to complete:
- Personal data (name, gender, nationality, contacts)
- Sending institution (your home university and 2 persons of contact)
- Receiving institution (your host university and 2 persons of contact)
Make sure the emails of the Erasmus coordinators are correct — this is where approvals will be sent.

4. Adding Courses
Receiving institution (host university - Table A)
Add the courses you want to attend abroad. Provide:
- Course name
- Code
- ECTS credits
- Link to syllabus (if available)
Sending institution (your home university - Table B)
Add the courses you must complete at home (these will be recognized after mobility). Provide:
- Course name
- Code
- Number of ECTS credits
Tips:
- Match the number of ECTS as closely as possible - usually a semester is 30 ECTS and a full academic year is 60 ECTS.
- Check course availability for your semester.
Receiving institution - virtual component (host university - Table C)
Add the courses you want to attend abroad. Provide:
- Course name
- Code
- ECTS credits
- Link to syllabus (if available)

5. Signing the Agreement
Once all fields are completed:
- Click “Sign” and sign the document.
- The OLA will automatically be sent to your home and host coordinators.
You can track the status in your dashboard:
- Pending: waiting for coordinator signature
- Sent back: changes required
- Signed: agreement approved by all parties

6. During Your Mobility
If you need to change courses:
- Log in to OLA. go to Dashboard, and select the learning agreement you want to modify.
- Select Apply changes.
- For each Table (A, B, C) select what courses you want to Add or Delete.
- Sign again and send to coordinators for approval.
Changes must be done within the first weeks of the semester (your university sets the deadline).

7. After Mobility
Your host institution will complete the Transcript of Records, and your home university will recognize the approved courses based on the OLA.

8. Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Incorrect coordinator emails
- Adding courses not available in your semester
- Mismatching ECTS credits
- Forgetting to sign before sending
- Leaving fields empty (the platform will block submission)
